I am incredibly grateful not to be treated just as another “number,” and Matt made sure of that and much more. My wife and I were interested in a new Rav4. We did some research online and requested a quote from two different dealerships. Dealer #1 final price was substantialy higher than the inital quote. Matt and Veljo worked nicely with us to buy a car. There was a "xxxx-up" when we tried to purchase after 8:30PM, but the dealer made it up to us, which was appreciated.
