The latest is I had work done on my rear sliding window in a Ram 1500. They did not put the back seat together correctly after the repair work. Brought it back to have the seat re-installed. Then the rear seatbelt stopped working. Brought it back again, and they told me it was $600 to replace the seatbelt as it was broken on a vehicle that is 1 year old. Warranty wouldn't cover it as it was a wearable item. I paid the $200 for the new seatbelt part and said I would save the rest to install it myself. Upon removing the side column panel, I come to discover that they did not put that back together correctly either and had wrapped the seatbelt around one of the mounting clips. Nothing wrong with the seatbelt. Just more poor work. Needless to say not going back there again. More

All of the representatives that I encountered were friendly, professional, and thorough. My husband and I were made to feel as though our satisfaction was paramount, and 60 days later are still more than thrilled with our purchase. Additonally, I have had cause to use their service department for a minor issue, and was beyond pleased with the timeliness and efficiency of this department as well. I will recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends, for sure! More

Most of these visits were to Williamsburg Jeep because we started the repair there and Chrysler forced us to continue with their deplorable service department since the repair originated there. After finally fixing the AC/Heat, they failed to reassemble the dash/window properly causing a very loud and irritating vibration. When I convinced the mechanic to listen to it he said it sounded "cool". Hilarious. He took it into the service bay and emerged triumphantly 15 minutes later. 10 Minutes into the drive home it was clear nothing had been fixed. When we called, the mechanic actually lied and said he tested with me after the repair. I should have known better than to buy a Jeep...not because of the Jeep product, but because every other time we have dealt with this dealership it has been a frustrating customer service nightmare. I didn't buy the car there, or either of the other two Kia cars we own, because the sales team was too lazy to find the cars with my desired options. I actually bought this Jeep over the phone in Richmond, but its too far for service visits. Lesson learned. I will choose cars now based on the reputation of the dealerships with which they are associated. I'm sure I can find something I like at Honda or Toyota. More

I arrived at 0715 (they open at 0730) and walked in the service dept door at 0720 only to find all 3 customer service desks manned and ready to receive customers! I asked if they had time to do an oil change as well. Which they did. The female representative (didn't get her name) was ok, neither friendly nor unfriendly. The other two people were both helpful and friendly with smiles. Which made me decide to write a positive review. It makes a difference to me in the overall experience. I went and waited in the lounge, very nice and comfortable. My jeep was ready in an hour! And here I am taking the time to write this to let the manager know that whatever you are doing, you're doing it right! I will definitely come back in the future for service. It was a pleasant surprise to deal with a business that places value on customer satisfaction. I find so many that just don't anymore. Please keep it up! More
Quite possible the WORST dealership on the planet Bought a car back in October of 2014. Turned out to be a problem ridden pile of junk. Brought it back after I had a mechanic take a look at some "anomolies" that popped up after I bought it. Turned out it had MAJOR issues. After a "spirited" discussion with Williamsburg Chrysler about my legal rights as a consumer, they agreed to fix the problems as listed by a third party mechanic. 2 months, 2 engines, 1 transmission, a bunch of other parts, and a few lies later (10 weeks to be exact), I got the car back. It was actually in worse condition then when I turned it in to them for repair. I was then politely told that they couldn't do anything more for me. I was going to trade it in elsewhere, but it was so unsafe to drive, I was forced, out of necessity to trade it in at their dealership. Lucky me. I ended up with a 2015 Chrysler 200 w/the 4 cylinder. This car is becoming known (as well as the Jeep Cherokee) for having issues with its 9 speed transmission. Folks, though there might be a couple of decent enough people to talk to there, the dealership is just plain crap. They're service department is about as bad as it gets. I wouldn't trust them to put air in a tire let alone complete any major (or minor, for that matter) repair to any of my vehicles. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. You'll be happy you did. And just to prove a point, I will be looking to see if this review stays up. If not, no worries, I will repost it as many times as necessary so y'all know ahead of time. More

Routinely, I was given the paperwork for the vehicle which included a check list verifying that the vehicle had been inspected and everything was in good, working order. The low pressure warning light came on shortly after my purchase. The weather was extremely cold so I added more air to the recommended 35psi. When my first inspection was due I took it to Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax, VA, close to my current home and place of employment. That was on 17 Feb 2014. The inspection revealed that the vehicle’s tires needed “immediate attention” and the tread depth/wear was “red”. I explained to the service department, that I had bought the vehicle less than 6 months before and that the paperwork reflected, that the tires had been inspected and were indeed good tires. I told them that I would contact the dealership in Williamsburg for resolution; assuming that it was only an oversight on their part. I called the Williamsburg dealership to report the tires and was told to bring the vehicle back in. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership on 22 Feb 2014, I met with the after sale manager to discuss the issue. I was informed within minutes that he had already had a mechanic check the tires and they were fine. I requested an official inspection which was “conducted” without question. I was given a completed inspection form that was performed by Douglas J Tambone. There was no signature and no date. Upon completion of the inspection, he informed that the tires were fine but that I should consider replacing them within the next 6 months. I expressed my concerns that the findings of the other shop had been to the contrary of theirs. The service manager assured me that the shop in Fairfax was only trying to pad their service by having me replace the tires sooner than necessary. I determined that I would have to eat my loss and deal with the tires. However, on the morning of 14 Mar 2014 I discovered I had a flat tire. That is when I realized I had no tire jack. I had to have my truck towed to a nearby tire shop. I decided to have all the tires checked one more time given the circumstances. The mechanic determined that my tires were indeed dry-rotted. They should not have been sold in that condition. More
