Had an appointment at 10:30am and didn’t get out till almost 3pm. They kept saying one more hour and nothing. Not happy with this last service visit on Jan 5, 2021. Service advisor was specifically told right rear tire air cap was missing since the last oil change and rotation, yet it is still missing. Onn top of Service advisor was specifically told right rear tire air cap was missing since the last oil change and rotation, yet it is still missing. Onn top of that, a routine oil change & tire rotation which always takes 45 mins or less, took over 1-1/2 hours! And in addition, waiying room was crowded with no social distancing whatsoever. I had to stand outside for nearly 2 hours! More
