I had an appointment for 10:30 and arrived a bit early however my 1:30 minute appointment turned into 2:30. Staff was a bit rude and loud when I questioned the delay (Alfonso) giving me an explanation ab however my 1:30 minute appointment turned into 2:30. Staff was a bit rude and loud when I questioned the delay (Alfonso) giving me an explanation about Covid issues as if I wasn’t aware! Once car was ready I was told to pick it up at the valet and after waiting about 10 minutes I was asked if I wanted my car washed. I declined because it should have been done before the car was released and not after the fact and delaying me even more. More

The person that helped me for a recall issue was very un knowledgeable with any thing that he said. I came in for a recall ABS light and another stab light that the recall letter said from Cadillac. When I got the car back I noticed that the ABS light was still in with the others. Went back, he rudely said I would have to pay $75. To see why the lights on the dash where still on.
