I brought my car in to have oil changed and tire rotation, and I noticed my alignment was off a day later but it was the weekend so I called in a Monday and asked my call be returned because my cars rotation, and I noticed my alignment was off a day later but it was the weekend so I called in a Monday and asked my call be returned because my cars alignment was off ever since I picked it up from service and that I needed to bring car in to get it adjusted. I left this message with Carmen on 2/19 in the early afternoon and never received a call back. Can someone call me back so I can bring the car back in and have it fixed from whatever was done when the tires were rotated to make the alignment off. More

The process was smooth and I was driven home and picked back up. The mechanic did not verify that the check engine light was still on and it had to be taken back to be resolved.
