This is an extremely busy dealership that because of the nature of how busy it is it’s hard for them to provide that personal service that I’m looking for. That’s why I prefer taking my vehicle to my neighb nature of how busy it is it’s hard for them to provide that personal service that I’m looking for. That’s why I prefer taking my vehicle to my neighborhood garage. I feel that the level of service I get at my neighborhood garage is more person to person rather than being just a number at the dealership. If my vehicle weren’t under warranty I probably wouldn’t take it to the dealership. Sad but that’s just the reality. More
