When I made the appointment online for my oil service change and maintenance, I had to wait more than 2 weeks and I chose the 1st appointment at 7:30am to ensure a speedy service. I arrived very early and was the 4th car in line, when I went inside Erik was more than 20 minutes late and no one helped me on time. I had to ask Carlos to help me which he did. I think it is unacceptable that if I make my appointment and I arrive on time, I am not helped on time! For a luxury service this is unacceptable and it is also unacceptable that a Manager is not present to assist. I think this system of making appointments with different people and having to wait to be assisted is flawed. Clients should be able to make appointments and be assisted promptly by the next person who is available to assist. More
