Although the staff is very nice, I am disappointed it took 6 weeks to fix my vehicle - huge inconvenience to be without my Yukon for 6 weeks and also cost me extra expenses. Much of that time, my vehicl took 6 weeks to fix my vehicle - huge inconvenience to be without my Yukon for 6 weeks and also cost me extra expenses. Alex was the tech - disappointed it wasn’t fixed correctly the first time it was at the dealership for about 4 weeks - had to return it and it took another 3 weeks for Alex to fix my Yukon. He is very nice -but the service was poor. , Jeff Rogers, Carlos Gomara

having service performed on our 2014 XTS has always been a great experience. Mike McKesson has been an exceptional service person. The only problem we have is we are ready for a new vehicle and my wife ha a great experience. Mike McKesson has been an exceptional service person. The only problem we have is we are ready for a new vehicle and my wife has her Sites set an a Hybrid vehicle and it appears Cadillac is not interested in supporting this market. We hate to leave Cadillac but my wife definitely wants a hybrid vehicle that will operate on gas and electric. More
