I purchased my Sierra from Sunset GMC up in Sarasota instead of my local dealer Williamson since in 2023 they would not sell me the car for sticker price, but wanted to add money on top Even though we w instead of my local dealer Williamson since in 2023 they would not sell me the car for sticker price, but wanted to add money on top Even though we were beyond price gouging for cars at this point. My main complaint comes from having taken the truck here for repair repairs. I took it the first time, it took about two hours to get a loaner after checking my vehicle in with service. They no longer offer loaners and route you to a third-party rental car company, which does not have any vehicle booked for you ahead of time, so you were at the mercy of that third-party company’s availability. Williamson returned me the car claiming the problem was fixed. A few days later, I realize the air conditioning was still broken and took the car back in for a second time. For the second time it took over two hours to get into a loaner car from the moment my vehicle was checked in with the service advisor. One week later, I got the vehicle back claiming it was fixed. I couldn’t tell you because I traded in my car so that I never have to deal with another horrific vehicle loaner experience, or having to take in the car for a third time, Further tainting the car, history of my newer vehicle. More
