Customer service good, had concerns about maintenance, after oil change percentage was not 100% as before when I got my car back. It was at 98% and a week later down to 96%. Disappointing! Purchased extended warranty for over $6,000. Took car in for a COVERED minor repair. When I go in for the second time for the same issue (two separat Purchased extended warranty for over $6,000. Took car in for a COVERED minor repair. When I go in for the second time for the same issue (two separate days) in one week, he says “well, that’s not going to be covered, because you didn’t tell me you had an extended warranty”. Now, understand I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE & WARRANTY FROM WILLIAMSON!! I was very professional and questioned the service rep about his position and said, “no worries, I will pay for the repairs and that I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled”. I asked to speak with a service manager and was told he was gone for the day @ 4pm… I asked if I could leave the car, and have the manager review the damaged parts (which they had) and reconsider. Again he said it would not be covered… I left. Next day I go back to speak with the service manager and he is no where to be found (again); this time it was the early morning. I went to pay for my repairs and the service rep came over and says, “we were able to cover 2 of the 4 tire sensors” through the warranty. As if a favor or extension was being made. Over the years, I’ve purchased over $300,000 in vehicles from Williamson Cadillac, this same dealership over the past 20 years. It’s safe to say, I will be taking my business & my families business elsewhere…. This is a dishonest way of doing business! 100% DISAPPOINTMENT & DISSATISFIED!! More

Everyone is friendly. I feel like the service is great. While the service did take longer, they allowed me to keep the loaner vehicle.
