Williamson Cadillac - Service Center

Previously, the service department was very repudiable, but recently was upsetting!! Paid $6,000 for an extended warranty and when covered repairs were done, they refused to pay the repairs. The service manager “negotiated” half the work because it was supposedly my responsibility to inform them I purchased the warranty FROM THEIR DEALERSHIP. Williamson Cadillac is NOT what it once was! I’ve been purchasing cars from this dealership for over 20 years; it’s safe to say, they lost a longtime & profitable customer! CLIENTS BE WARE!!! More

Called on 12/4 for appointment for recall but was told part had to be ordered and they would call me. Called again on 12/26 and they had one part and made appointment for 12/31 which was when my suv was r part had to be ordered and they would call me.
