This was my first time buying a car and Jake was willing to work with to ensure I got the best deal for the car. He was very patient with me as I kept calling my financial adviser, i.e. my dad, and guided me through the process. I didn't ending up leaving Wilson until 9:30 at night and Jake and the team were happy to help. Jake is a stand up guy and it was and has been a pleasure working with him. I traded in my old vehicle and Jake was honest with me about the price they were giving me for my old car. That's one last point I'd like to hit on. Transparency and honesty is the name of Jake's game. He makes sure there is nothing hidden and lays everything out so when I signed the papers at the end there were no surprises. I would strongly recommend working with Jake. He has followed up several times since I bought the car and every time he has been professional and willing to help. Like I said, this was my first time buying a car so I don't have much to compare it to but it was definitely not the horror that I've heard people describe it to be.
