Good job I was able to make an appointment without any Hastle and was able to get it in first thing in the morning of for drop off. The reason I brought it in. The reason I brought it in. 1) I had two factory recalls that needed to be addressed. 2) this dealership is close to my home and work. (I did NOT look at any reviews of the dealership before hand, I chose it mainly out of convenience). Received my car back and it looked like they washed it so that's a plus :), I had a low tire pressure sensor going off that I secretly had hoped they'd check, but I did not mention that to them, and they did not check the tires (no big deal, took it to Les Schwab and it took 5 minutes). They did switch my radio over to a horrid station. But again, easy fix :) if I get any more recalls I will be returning to this dealership. All in all A+. More

Great Oil Change I was able to get my car in for an oil change that week and at my appointment I was helped very quickly. My only complaint is when I drove off the lot in my car, the gas tank was almost completely empty so the first stop I had to make was a gas station. Jake is amazing to work with! I bought a Subaru Outback from Wilson and was very happy with the entire process and experience. This was my first time buying a car and Jake was will I bought a Subaru Outback from Wilson and was very happy with the entire process and experience. This was my first time buying a car and Jake was willing to work with to ensure I got the best deal for the car. He was very patient with me as I kept calling my financial adviser, i.e. my dad, and guided me through the process. I didn't ending up leaving Wilson until 9:30 at night and Jake and the team were happy to help. Jake is a stand up guy and it was and has been a pleasure working with him. I traded in my old vehicle and Jake was honest with me about the price they were giving me for my old car. That's one last point I'd like to hit on. Transparency and honesty is the name of Jake's game. He makes sure there is nothing hidden and lays everything out so when I signed the papers at the end there were no surprises. I would strongly recommend working with Jake. He has followed up several times since I bought the car and every time he has been professional and willing to help. Like I said, this was my first time buying a car so I don't have much to compare it to but it was definitely not the horror that I've heard people describe it to be.
