I was so pleasantly surprised from the second I walked into Wilsonville Subaru. I was greeted by Flo and the sales manager and they explained exactly how the process worked. I was so relieved that I only had to deal with one person and that I wouldn’t have to haggle back a forth over price. I was thrilled that the car I wanted was there and that the price was already set at a price that was fair. Flo answered all of my questions and each step was explained very clearly. I was shocked by how quick and easy everything was! It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru to anyone. More

Patient and extremely helpful Tom was one of the coolest salesman i've see at any car lot. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and even patiently sat thro Tom was one of the coolest salesman i've see at any car lot. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and even patiently sat through 20 minutes of phone calls as i was fixing a glitch in my insurance information at check out. He also taught me how to empty a confusing vacuum cleaner someone had loaned me and went so far as to empty the full dust compartment out for me inside the dealership. (causing a mini dust storm) Tom's customer service is way more than 5/5 but that's the max i can give him here. Best experience i've had at any car lot hands down. More
