Izzy DeGyves manipulated me out of an AWD Prius into a FWD Prius. I was called on my way in to a routine service appt about them wanting to pursue trade in options and was paired with him. I was open about not being the car person in the family and discouraged from waiting to discuss the trade with my partner. He assured me multiple times that it was the same car, just newer. When I realized the next day why this deal wasn’t actually what I had thought, he did not return my calls. Even after speaking with a general manager, Josh, he did not call me back.
