He also did not try and upsell me on anything I wasn't interested in. My Tacoma was just being built and the original projected delivery date was sometime near Christmas. The truck ended up showing up much earlier and I picked it up a couple weeks ago. Derek kept me updated on the delivery progress the entire time, which was great.
