Steven went above and beyond I worked with Steven Bailey to get a leased car for me and my 10-month-old baby early this week. I needed a lot of help as I hadn't driven for over four years. I didn't even have an auto insurance at the time of signing the papers. Steven went above and beyond in assisting me to get everything done right, from delivering my vehicle to my address after work to helping me get an auto insurance from scratch by talking to the insurance agent over the phone for a long time and answering all my questions with great patience as I was clueless about the business. Toward the end, he even helped me by holding my baby when I was signing the papers, for by this time my baby had become very fussy and cranky due to the long tedious session of getting my insurance in place and the paperwork done. When everything was set and done, it was already very late into the evening before he could go home to his pregnant wife. I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Wilsonville Toyota and had a great car buying experience from beginning to end! I traveled quite a distance to Wilsonville in order to test drive and potentially Toyota and had a great car buying experience from beginning to end! I traveled quite a distance to Wilsonville in order to test drive and potentially purchase the vehicle I had researched online for weeks. During that time, I had several other less than ideal experiences with other dealerships, so I was prepared for the worst but optimistically hoping for the best. I was so grateful to be helped by Zachary Nygaard, a sales associate of Wilsonville Toyota. Zach was extremely helpful and capable of answering any questions I had about the vehicle without any of the typical condescension I have unfortunately experienced with other dealerships. At no point during my purchase was I made to feel inadequate or uninformed about the car buying process, which has caused me to leave many other dealerships in the past, never to return. Zachary Nygaard was polite, helpful, respectful and understood that I had acquired the necessary knowledge of the type of vehicle I was purchasing, but that I needed his help to ultimately decide if this was in fact the vehicle for me. He was incredibly helpful with that process and immediately put my mind at ease. A couple of hours later, I was making the journey home in my new Rogue. I love it!! It was a great car buying experience and I am very grateful to Zach for not only understanding the type of help I needed, but also the type of help I didn’t need.
