We had a different, more local dealership promise to get the car for us from another on a "dealer trade." They were unable to make this happen. My wife reached out to Wilsonville Toyota and I thought it was likely a lost cause (due to our previous experience). I was dead wrong. They got us the car we wanted, in the trim/color we wanted. Lastly, they then hauled it in from 300 miles away AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to us AND delivered it to our house (thanks again Kristifor). He even showed my wife the basics of how to use the car. This was a nice touch since we had already made multiple visits to their dealership to help finalize the deal. If I had a critique, it would be that the dealership interactions were too slow/tedious/confusing. We were required to drive in for multiple appointments even though we were cash buyers and ready to sign as long as the car was actually "available." However, we understand that this was a more complicated deal to work and during a very busy time for them. We appreciate everyone's hard work.
