The entire process was enjoyable which is noteworthy since I typically find the idea of large purchases intrinsically stressful. If you want to park in the Parts Department Reserved parking area, good luck. The sales department parks cars in the reserved spots. 2) I had a 10 year plus parts discount card. I have gotten a lot of parts and usually get a decent discount. Today I called and the part was $8.00 more than Beaverton Toyota. I asked about a discount, NO. I asked about a price match: No. So I will waste my gas and time to go much father to Beaverton. 3) Web site is poor compared to others. They also do not post the price but require to give information so a sales representative can hound you. I thought there was "No Bull". 4) When I did take the car for service, I was promised a price then they charged more. They lost me as a loyal customer over a measly $8.00. Shame on them... More

She went to bat for me with Toyota corporate and I got everything covered under warranty - it wasn't necessarily a foregone conclusion that it would all be covered initially so this was a big deal (almost 2k worth of work). He was super knowledgeable about his vehicles and we never had the feeling of any pressure. He took us on test drives of a couple vehicles and went over what he thought were the strengths of each vehicle based on what we told him we were looking for that day. After my wife and I had gone back and forth we settled on a 2019 Rav4 Limited. Steven was professional, courteous and extremely efficient and informative with the purchasing process. He answered all of our questions and had them explore all the options to get us the best deal. We will only be shopping here from now on as we have almost always had Toyota and this was the most enjoyable and stress free purchase we have ever done.
