Buying Experience Good, BUT BEWARE.. I had NO problems with the purchase experience, BUT once you leave the lot do not expect them to stand behind the product if any time has passed. Sin I had NO problems with the purchase experience, BUT once you leave the lot do not expect them to stand behind the product if any time has passed. Since I am not from Wilsonville, I did not address a defective part soon enough and now they want me to pay half. I WILL NOT pay half price for a defective part. My Corolla is 3 months old and has less than 2,000 miles on it. A couple of months ago I noticed the front drivers side hub cap was not flush in one spot. By the time I finally remembered to go in to my local dealership to have them check it out, 2 months had passed. They found one of the small plastic clips which is meant to hold it in place was cracked and then broke completely when it was touched. SO, I called Willsonville Toyota (on my 3rd attempt I insisted on speaking to a sales manager) and he refused to stand behind the product he sold as I may have damaged it. Plastic does break when old (it is not old), when it is pushed against with great force (I don't push on hubcaps even if I could, being a 65 yr old female with arthritic hands) OR if it has had contact with curbs, etc (This would leave exterior damage and there is none!!!) BOTTOM LINE, I know times have changed, but this is VERY BAD customer relations. I will NEVER go in there again!!! More
Very helpful, good experience Scott helped me with getting my new Scion. He listened to what i had to say instead of pressuring me to buy/include things i didn't need. Despite not having the best credit, Scott worked diligently to get my interest rate and payment plan to an acceptable spot that i was comfortable with. So kudos to Scott and Wilsonville Toyota. If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend paying them a visit. More

Service department has always been very accommodating for appointment times and usually very close on service completion estimates.
