In the initial transaction a second proximity Master key was promised. When it didn't materialize, we were very disappointed. With some work, they finally produced the key three weeks later from the prior customer who had been out of town. Not only did they contact the customer prior to procure the key, their products customer attitude, putting our need first prompted me to move my initial rating from a three to a four. Why a four instead of a five? It took quite a bit of difficult interaction with both said persons to encourage them to start the process of obtaining the key. In the end they delivered the key from the former customer. Israel and Josh then met and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely highly recommend the dedication towards putting the customer first from both of them. I would definitely shop with Wilsonville Toyota again. Overall a mostly competent showing by the dealership. Both Israel and Josh, I would recommend. More
