Great Service I was very pleased with the service today. I had some concerns that my plugin Prius was not working the way it was supposed to be but the adviser and I was very pleased with the service today. I had some concerns that my plugin Prius was not working the way it was supposed to be but the adviser and the technician took the time to make some extensive checks and then gave me some excellent advice on what needs to be done in the near future. The cost today was minimal although the future costs will be much more. The explanation was very clear and considering that the plugin has gone nearly 100,000 miles while averaging 75 mpg I would have to say that the service is really inexpensive too. More

I had a bad experience at one dealership so I went down to Willsonville Toyota and check out their stock. I was met by Tim Longwell and from the start he just listened to what I wanted and showed me what they had in stock. Before showing me vehicles he introduced me to the areas of the business which was nice instead of pushing me towards cars. I felt like I wasn't being pressured or forced into any decision I did not want to make. Within a couple of weeks, more research and questions I ended up buying my brand new Toyota Corolla with no regrets and lots of help from Tim. I have already recommended a friend to this dealership because they are very welcoming, patient, and beyond helpful. More

Great selection of new Toyota’s. Most I’ve seen I.searched all around town for the model / options I wanted with no luck. Most said they could get it but would take awhile. They do not stand behind their product Bought a new 2015 Tundra that they said would be solid until 200,000 miles. Differential went out within 2.5 years--whaaat? Really? Online says this Bought a new 2015 Tundra that they said would be solid until 200,000 miles. Differential went out within 2.5 years--whaaat? Really? Online says this is a known problem. The car was at 68,000 miles, but warranty was for 60,000 miles or 5 years. We figured they would realize something was clearly wrong and try to work with us, but they slapped us with a $4,100 repair bill and tried to tell us, get this, that we drove the car "in 4WD in conditions it was not made for". What condition would that be? One that Ford, Chevy and Dodge can handle and Toyota cannot? When you make claims like that about a 54 year old contractor not knowing how to handle 4WD .. Spend less on you false advertising of No Bull and focus on Customer Satisfaction!! More
