Jan 21, 2024 We were introduced to Mr Jason Jenista, who stayed with us the entire time 2pm until 6:40pm from test drive to purchase, when we drove off with our brand new 2023 Toyota Crown. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Crown Limited’s many features. It was our first experience with a “Hybrid / All Wheel Drive” highly optioned Toyota Crown. Jason was very pleasant and patient in demonstrating all of the features’. Purchasing went quickly with “No Bull” (dealership motto lol), once we decided on the Toyota Crown. It was six years between the two purchases and we worked with the same salesperson, John Scott Payne (JSP). We came in knowing the vehicle we were interested in taking a look at. JSP listened to us about the type of vehicle we wanted and our budget. He was patient & took the time to identify other vehicles that might work for us in addition to the one we came to test drive. We ultimately chose a pre-owned Subaru Outback. It was in exceptional condition. Wilsonville Toyota provided ( free of charge) a Carfax report of the vehicle. This gave us another tool to feel confident in purchasing the vehicle. Although the purchase price was at the upper range of valuation, we felt it was worth the "no-bull" price.
