Overall good experience. Our first salesman almost lost the sale through lack of customer service. Thankfully we came back a few days later and Victoria helped us; she was amazingly helpful, and accommodated our needs perfectly. The only other negative was that the sales manager made a mistake that increased our agreed-upon payment by over $10; not a huge amount, but we felt they should have at least split the difference. It's the manager's job to know they can honor any final deal they offer in writing. After all the payments and the extra interest incurred, this could cost us close to $1,000 over the price we signed for. Still, the overall experience was positive enough that we would not hesitate to buy from them again, and the customer service we received from our salesperson, Victoria, was the best of any I've experienced in the industry.
