This is so important since you have many dealerships just trying to "sell" and they do not care if you like it or can afford it in 6 months. Steve asked me multiple times if I "love" the car and can see myself in it for many years. That's the personal service you want when you are investing in something. He also looked at every possible rebate that he could help to help lower the cost. A+++. The finance manager, Anthony, was also wonderful as he thoroughly explained the many options I had with warranties and GAP. He also personally called the banks to push for better rates.
