Bill Ritter has got to be the most patient and most understanding salesman around. Ive hated dealerships with the over aggressive pushy tactics they use. Bill is none of that. I was stuck in a sub I wa understanding salesman around. Ive hated dealerships with the over aggressive pushy tactics they use. Bill is none of that. I was stuck in a sub I wasn't happy with and overpaying on and Bill and the windgap chevy team got me approved for a new 2026 chevy trax. I made a simple phone call on Saturday and by the end of the day Saturday I had left with the news that I was approved. I left windgap chevy Saturday evening and took the weekend to think things over and do some research. Monday morning at 9 am, I began calling Bill who happened to be at a Dr's apt and he still took the time to talk to me. Thats customer service unlike other dealerships. Through out the day monday Bill kept in touch with me and answered all my questions. I even joked with Bill saying hes gonna run me over with the new car by the end of the day as I kept asking them to run many numbers with my down payment. After the final call monday I left work early and got to the dealership. Bill and the sales manger gave me even better news that my payment would be lower than we had thought. I left monday night departing my old suv and brought my first ever new car home. Bill told me as well that anyone in my household gets free state inspections as long as have the car. My wife took advantage of that today and they treated her great as well. Thank you wind gap chevy you've gained a lifetime customer with me. More
