My experience with Jessica the service advisor was very good. Since Ford sold me a 2019 Ranger which the transmission went south on at 34000 she really tried to help me figure it out. Ford is generally no good. Since Ford sold me a 2019 Ranger which the transmission went south on at 34000 she really tried to help me figure it out. Ford is generally not concerned. The fact that I have to spend 12 or $13000 to get a new transmission installed is just really hard to believe. On a car with such low mileage. Service at Windward Ford though, is generally quite good. More
I don’t usually leave reviews unless the review is to call out great service but this is not the case with Windward Ford. My service advisor was unable to advise me of service. Phone calls go unanswered and sent to voicemail but never once did I receive a call back (and I left a good number of messages). My part took longer than expected but my service advisor (Alaina) did not have the foresight to look into the reason- it was never shipped. Only after the part never arrived the status was checked and had to be re-ordered. In addition, I paid for an oil change and tire rotation but tires were not rotated. I also had a tire replaced but it was put on backwards. You read that correctly, backwards. After many tries to secure an appointment through the portal to fix the backwards tire and rotation issues, I was finally able to make an appointment. Alaina cancelled with no notification- she never called me. It’s clear that this dealership is unable to complete service or be willing to fix any issues created by the dealership. They will not communicate with customers. Windward Ford service has been one of the worst interactions I’ve had with any business, ever. More
