My sales person Emilio and sales manager Gino were knowledge and patient as we searched cars and prices to fit the budget. Not always an easy process but, there were many choices. I learned a bit more about cars and the many features available, as well as price ranges. My husband and I settled on a 2017 Explorer. We've owned cars from various manufacturers over the years. He was awesome!.He showed me every aspect of the car I was hoping to lease and walked me through the details without any pressure tactics that some dealers have been known to use. During my visit I met Gino, Lavern and Doug who were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Gino was instrumental in providing an acceptable price for the Fusion SE I had chosen. Doug made the "paper signing" process a quick and pleasant process and Lavern offered me key chains and compact writing tablets for use in my new lease.
