Another Great Service Experience When I made the appointment for an oil change and inspection, John Russo, aware of the fact that I would be waiting for the car, explained that the da When I made the appointment for an oil change and inspection, John Russo, aware of the fact that I would be waiting for the car, explained that the date I had chosen was especially busy and gave me an opportunity to change. Choosing to keep it, I received my usual pleasant greeting at the gate and directions on where to park, a valuable and much appreciated service during the construction. John and his guys went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable as we settled in to wait, and made every effort to get us out of there as soon as possible. Finding issues beyond the oil change which would have adversely affected the inspection, they immediately brought them to our attention, providing not only an explanation, but proof of need before any work was done. In his usual manner of going above and beyond, when John realized I had grabbed the wrong registration, he helped me get the right one faxed over so that I could get my inspection done without having to return later. Further, he gave me valuable advice that would help save me time and aggravation in the future. 5 MONTH CHECK I took my car in for a 5 month warranty checkup. I got there 45 minutes early and they took me immediately.
