Happy Woburn Toyota Customer The reason why I have the rating I did is simply because you deserve it. I was a loyal customer of IRA Toyota for over a decade. Myself and my family. The reason why I have the rating I did is simply because you deserve it. I was a loyal customer of IRA Toyota for over a decade. Myself and my family. We bought and recommended others to buy countless vehicles from them over the years. One day it seemed like they just didn’t care anymore. The loyalty was takin for grandted. We never thought we would find a dealer with that family friendly, loyal attitude where the customer mattered. But after going to nearly every Toyota dealer around that we knew of we eventually came to Woburn Toyota. My father is a very hard man to please and he loves this place and so do I. I don’t feel like I’m talking to just another salesman. Over time the employees there do remember you and ask how the family is doing and they actually care. After discovering Woburn Toyota we felt like we wasted a decade of loyalty on IRA. That time an energy would have been much better spent in Woburn. I’m not quite as hard to please as my father but I’m still not easy. I can tell you one thing for sure. The men and women at Woburn Toyota will always treat you with respect, they are tactful, integrity like you don’t find anymore, family attitudes, they actual want to help and actually care. More

Courteous, helpful and great service I had quite an expensive fix for my Camry and my service person Renata was excellent. She was extremely courteous and made some very good suggestions I had quite an expensive fix for my Camry and my service person Renata was excellent. She was extremely courteous and made some very good suggestions for fixing the car with what was required to be fixed right away, as opposed to what could wait a little bit to get fixed. That was the reason I was able to somehow manage the cost of the repairs and I thank her for that. Also, Anthony Petrella was very polite and helpful when I came in early Monday morning to get my Camry back after it was fixed. He was the only service person early that morning and was very efficient as there was a bit of a queue of customers in front of me. Thanks for the great service folks !!! I have been a regular customer here for many years now !!! I was asking Renata if there was any monthly payment plan for this expensive repair cost and she said no. It would be really nice if Toyota in the future provides customers with monthly payment plan for a repair of say, a minimum of $1000 or $1500. More

They are honest, ethical, totally fair and very professional. The service advisors are OVER THE TOP great. Mike is THE most honest, friendliest and most knowledgeable professionals that I have dealt with. I do not typically do these type of reviews, but for WFM, I will make an exception. And, my 2006 Toyota Avalon has 356K miles and has been serviced only at WFM and still running. I just bought a 2017 Avalon from Hany and he was also fantastic. Highly recommend More
