I did try to get him down a bit from there (call me greedy) and he did check to see if it was possible (it of course wasn't) and was fine letting me walk out the door (no pressure). Came back because I wasn't getting a better price anywhere and I appreciated the straight up approach and the non-pressure. More

To start, the dealership has absolutely no clue how to manage their phone system. If you try to call sales, DON'T! You will get transferred around and around blindly. None of the sales associates answer their desk phone. I didn't find one that set up their voice mail and if you leave a message, they don't return it. I had to get personal mobile phones from each person I was dealing with to get any type of service or call back. Although my experience with Woburn Toyota was not what I had hoped, Frank Smith the GM and especially Sales Manager Wally stepped up and fixed what had gone wrong. People make mistakes, it's how you handle them that shows what type of an organization you are. Wally went out of his way to get my vehicle back in and back out quickly with the agreed upon delivery options. Not only that, but the GM Frank Smith did take the time to listen to the problems I had and I even gave them a solution so that it does not happen again. Hopefully the problems I incurred don't happen to other car shoppers. At this point, Woburn Toyota has won my business back. My biggest suggestion to them is to be sure their reception desk knows where to transfer calls and if they do, send them to mobile phones. Would have saved hours of time for everyone. More

My horrible experience at Woburn Toyota I scheduled to go in with my mother and requested to view a specific car, Jaileen said that she would get it ready, and will meet us. When we arrived we were transferred to another salesman Abdou, and had to wait 15 min for them to fetch the car. The car came wrong color and had a cigarette burn on the driver side interior of the car. My mother asked for the lowest price they could bring it down, and Abdou refused to give her. We waited 20 more minutes and finally stormed out. Customer service was horrible. A couple days later I got a call from Wallie Sabet, telling me things about the car, and asked me to give him time to do some homework and will call back - for got the call back 3 weeks later. Also got an email from Jaileeen saying "Hi I'm Jaileen, how was the meeting with Jaileen and end sincerely by Jaileen" like if they pay more attention to the customer service it would be great instead of wasting my time. Finally today I got a call from Wallie Sabet saying that I've written a complaint, however he didn't even know or have the time to read on what happen, he seemed to forget what I told him about the experience I faced walking into the dealership. And lastly he said "well I'm glad you have good prices from other places, it makes no sense for you to talk to me about the price, we will not go that low to match. And I said what do you mean???? You are the one who called me. Horrible services, lack knowledge of the vehicle. Every time I asked something about the car on the phone they always say "well the informations are online" even when we were at the dealership. Would not recommend any car buyers to even step in this dealership. More

The staff explains the work done on the vehicle that day and what maintenance requirements to look for in the future. I like the idea of making appointments for service and that the staff keeps to the schedule. On my recent visit, Mr. Peterella was particulalrly helpful. I am delighted to work with such a customer service oriented company. And it's a pleasure to enjoy your coffee and pastries while waiting for the car to be ready. Woburn Toyota has thus far made servicing my car a pleasant experience. More
Almost ripped off I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The maintenance shop called me to tell me a daytime driving light is out and needs to be replaced. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The maintenance shop called me to tell me a daytime driving light is out and needs to be replaced. They graciously quoted me $40 to change a $5 bulb. I said no thanks. After my oil change was done I drove down to Napa to get the part. Before I went in I checked all my lights. I found that NONE of my lights were out. The dealership was trying to rip me off for a simple item that takes a few minutes to replace. Be very cautious about "extra" items needing replacement here. That's why they call them "stealerships". I'm very disappointed with the dishonest approach I received here. More

Then, instead of any 'recovery' attempt, they spent another day trying to impose a 'replacement' - generally, dictating me to purchase a worse car for more money. And after I finally claimed a refund, all of their managers just stopped returning my calls and started playing hide-and-seek like kindergarteners... Add a habit of having their customers seated for an hour before even attending them... What a service! More
