After spending two days reviewing their email responses. Woburn was the winner, by several hundred below the second lowest price. Ernest was my salesman and i couldn't have been happier with his dedication to answering my questions. Sales may have been a little slower than my other experiences, but it was because this place got SO BUSY with customers. I think they sell more because they sell for less. Well worth the wait, which wasn't bad Thanks Woburn Toyota! More

I get reminders when I am due for free maintenance and it's super easy to book. They even drive me over to Kohl's so I can shop while, I am waiting for my free maintenance. I least my last Three Toyota's from Bob Fahey. He listens and sells me exactly what I want and followed up to see if everything was working out. This has been my dealer for years and I highly recommend. More

My suggestion doesn't leave the office until you will get all document, verify everything with Global Toyota Finance. If you will leave the office without close everything by phone it will take a month and you still will need to come to the office. More

The guys are so friendly always, the wait unbelievably short, the service exceptional -- they even came in UNDER the original estimate! John is very pleasant and has a great sense of humor. He kept us informed throughout so we knew just what was going on, and, as always, was patient with my questions and willing to explain until I understood. He even explained the construction noises to everybody so we wouldn't be unnerved by them. I can't wait to see the new digs once its done. These guys definitely deserve it! Thanks guys! More
Brake/serpentine belt service I have been a long time customer of Woburn Toyota. They have devices my 2008 Camry since I purchased it in February 2009. I made an appointment ba I have been a long time customer of Woburn Toyota. They have devices my 2008 Camry since I purchased it in February 2009. I made an appointment based on the fact that I was encountering a metal on metal sound from my rear breaks. My mileage at time of service on November 19 2016 was 59,080. 1) I was informed that my rear breaks needed to have pads replaced and rotors resurfaced. However, Woburn Toyota had replaced the rear pads and rotors on June 24 2015. The mileage on my car at that date was 47,016. Only 12,064 miles occurred between the two service dates. 2) I was informed that my serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. However, Woburn Toyota had replaced the serpentine belt on December 26, 2013. The mileage on my car at that date was 35,607 Only 23,473 miles occurred between the two service dates. I feel it troubling that I am encountering parts installed by Woburn Toyota wearing out in, what I consider to be, well before the end of their useful life. As a result of this visit , I incurred a cost of approximately $500. I attempted to contact Rich on three occasions (twice by text and one phone message) to request if Woburn Toyota would consider prorating my repair bill based upon mileage. To date I have not received a response from Rich or any Woburn Toyota representative. More

Saved the day. I was attempting to change my spark plugs and pulled apart the spark plug wire cap. It was lodged in the bottom and I couldn't get it out. So I was attempting to change my spark plugs and pulled apart the spark plug wire cap. It was lodged in the bottom and I couldn't get it out. So I called them and drove there. And they fixed it and in no time I was on the road again. No appointment, they just said drive down and we'll fix it. It all happened so fast, I almost forgot to pay the bill. They just know how to do it right the first time. They waste no time getting you back on the road. Happy. More

Rich reassured me and even set me up with a rental car so I could make my meeting on time. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
