A bit chaotic Hany was really nice and easy to work with. There was an issue where Hany was getting voicemail and this didn’t return my calls in a timely manner. He apologized and made up for the error, which I appreciate. I would have given a higher score, but it was super disorganized at the dealership, likely due to the construction. Only one issue Joanne Sasso was extremely helpful. She saw that I had a difficult time walking with my cane and did what she could to relieve my stress of standing Joanne Sasso was extremely helpful. The one and only issue I have is with the chairs. The edges are slanted upward, which cuts off the circulation in a short person as myself. The tables were comfortable to sit at, but the chairs that were lined up in a row were not. More

Worst customers services in the services department Mike told me he is the manager of the service department. Mike has no good costumer Service he also has “NO RESPECT” to customers, excutive and the Mike told me he is the manager of the service department. He gives me the looks and makes me feel really uncomfortable. When I’m there just to change my tires I feel like he will do something to damage my car. In front of me He tells the ladies “let that lady know it be longer cause she don’t have patient.”One time I waited for 5hrs and my car haven’t been touched. Mike said he will help the executive and the owner to say he will not do anything for me cause I was rude. I was with my infant. When I called to make appointment the lady told me it only takes 2 hours. It took them 3 hours just to get my tires change. I go twice a year to get my snow tire and oil change. This constantly happens all the time.I still don’t understand why just changing tires will take that long. I’m sure service is not only all about fixing cars. I believe it’s also “customer service too. Mike never brother to apologize to me. Can someone higher up let me know what is going on? More
