Great service, they make it easy John and Mark did a great job taking care of our car. After the multipoint inspection John called with the estimate right away and the work was comple John and Mark did a great job taking care of our car. After the multipoint inspection John called with the estimate right away and the work was completed same day. One suggestion - on your website, just make an easy entry for "type of service" that is just "regular maintenance and multipoint inspection". The other choices never seem to fit and there are way too many of them. Thanks! More

The service center was able to accept the car without issue and followed up the next business day with a full breakdown report on issues found with my car. I was able to work with the service manager to choose specific repairs to be done, and was contacted by phone every few days to be updated on progress of repairs. The service center was always upfront with costs and technical details upon request. I received my car back in just over a week and a half, and it's been running great ever since! More

During our most recent lease process we ran into a small issue with our paperwork that had the potential to be a negative, but our sales person Bob Fahey and the sales manager John Moraites addressed the issue immediately and went out of there way to resolve it and get us exactly what we wanted. Markus Perkins then helped us get all the paperwork signed in record time. Mistakes sometime happen, but the way they are handled can make such a positive impact. We now have an AWESOME new RAV4 with so many new features we still haven't played with them all (and for less than our previous lease). On a side note if you need any automotive service go visit Mike Gilgun in the Woburn Toyota Service Department. He is one of the most helpful, honest and mild mannered people I know. I've been going to him for over 20 years and know I get only what I need when I need it. More
