John lets me know when a big service is needed and I plan my strategy and budget accordingly. New tires before the winter, but leaky stuff now! All the service techs at Woburn Toyota are more than competent and pleasant, but I'm a creature of habit when things work out well. Love the special traffic light for WT on Washington Street when exiting the premises - about time! More
Outstanding Service & Carin Staff! I got a flat tire on the highway and saw the Toyota sign at the next exit and drove there to see the f they could help me. I only had an hour to spare as I had to pick my son up. The service person was SO helpful, got me in right away and I was only there for 30 minutes and it was fixed and I was on my way. Incredible!
