It's interesting to observe that there are many counter agents in the hall, apparently only setting there chatting and killing time, while very few people working in the garage. Also many "courtesy" services are really not necessary - to the contrary it adds more confusions for customers to talk to the agent on the jobs being performed and walk around extra distances while confused where to get the car. If it was not the Honda dealer ship, I would rather go elsewhere for such a simple service. More
