Lack of Communication Overall the service done to my car was perfect, but the service advisor was not. When I approached him, even though he was on the phone he did not say Overall the service done to my car was perfect, but the service advisor was not. When I approached him, even though he was on the phone he did not say anything like please hold on or anything to say that he would be helping me out once he got off the phone. Once he got off the phone he acknowledged me. Once he told me that it would take at least 2 hours for an oil change that was fine. I arrived at 10 meaning I should have been done at 12. I did not leave until 1:00 pm. The service advisor did not communicate with me that it would be another hour. He also didn’t state that my vehicle was ready. I received a phone call and text knowing that I was waiting in the lobby I feel as though he should have came over to speak with me verbally. More
