Transitioning from a 2000 Honda Accord to a 2019 Honda CR V My husband and I feel like we are a part of the Honda family. We finally decided to give my 19 year old Honda Civic to my brother and buy ourselves a new car. Well can you imagine the sticker shock when we saw the price of the 2019 cars? However, Mike and the others at Wolfchase Honda treated us like members of the family and gave us great customer service and eased our transition into buying our new Honda CR V which we just love. Mike went over all the new options with us and assured us if we have any questions or problems after we took the car home we could call or come back for any help we need. More

Wolfchase Honda is the best! I always enjoy going to Wolfchase Honda. The service is always fast and when I'm having something done that requires me to leave my vehicle for a few I always enjoy going to Wolfchase Honda. The service is always fast and when I'm having something done that requires me to leave my vehicle for a few hours their shuttle service takes me wherever I need to go and picks me back up whenever I'm ready. That’s when Service Manager, Abdul Jones took the reins, put me in another rental and went to work on my 2018 Honda Pilot. I picked it up yesterday (3/21/19) and it looks and rides like new!! Extremely Satisfied!!! I wasn't planning on making a purchase, instead I was there to create myself a plan B. After Mickey took me for a test drive and went over everything that the car offered I found myself second guessing my previous decision. I ended up making a unforeseen change in plans and bought the Accord Sport. I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision but less than 24 hours later it is clear to me it was. I have gone from fearing I may have made an expensive mistake, to now planning on visiting Mickey at the dealership to shake his hand to thank him for helping me make what is obviously the right decision. Educational, good overall, but it took forever The dealership itself was good and clean. The people were nice overall. Our sales rep was really knowledgeable about the vehicles. However, his personality was a little bit hyper and he just kept talking and talking without giving us a chance to get a word in. I would also recommend not training your employees to talk so much about how customer surveys affect their paycheck. It's quite a turnoff. I bought from him because he was nice, knowledgeable and because I really liked the car. I would also figure out a way to give people an idea of how long things will take. We tried to leave for lunch and come back for the finance portion and they kept telling us it would be "just a few more minutes" and we were there for 4 hours. More
