Professional Service is still alive! I have shared conversations with several people and experienced very poor service in restaurants, retail stores and various other customer related bus I have shared conversations with several people and experienced very poor service in restaurants, retail stores and various other customer related businesses. I thought "customer service" was no more than an afterthought. Well I was wrong when I had my first experience with Wolfchase Honda.
