When you pull into the service bay, an associate is there to greet you, and ask you what you are in for. Then, the paperwork is completed in minutes and you're able to wait in their waiting room. The car was ready in no time, and the service man, Mario Rossi, couldn't have been nicer. He also indicated that if I needed my car checked out prior to a long road trip, they could do that for me! I travel a lot and that is something I will definitely do in the future. More

Though I was able to get a ride from your courtesy van, it was inconvenient I had to come up there a second time. Also, I had an incident this summer after a brake repair caused me an issue when I was having my tires rotated at a Costco when I was out of town. I had to go to another Honda dealership to resolve the issue. Again, Skyler has been great, but I'm disappointed with the repair service provided with Wolfchase Honda. More

Excellent Service Experience Last Saturday, December 1, 2018, my wife and I arrived at Wolfchase Honda around 7:00 am just to get a quick oil change. But to our dismay, there were Last Saturday, December 1, 2018, my wife and I arrived at Wolfchase Honda around 7:00 am just to get a quick oil change. But to our dismay, there were more than 20 cars in line waiting for the bay doors to open. Once the bay doors opened, it was basically all hands on deck in the Service Department. It took less than 15 minutes for our Honda HRV to be taken in for service, and being directed to the most awesome Customer Service Representative, Jeff Scola. We have dealt with Jeff for many years and have been more than happy with him. As usual, Jeff treated us like family, and treated our Honda like it was his own. He always points out what we need to keep our Honda in tip-top shape. We asked Jeff to give us an estimate on how long it take for our Honda to be serviced. He said with the number of vehicles in front of us, it would probably be about two hours - it was only 1,5 hours. Thanks Jeff for taking good care of us!! More
