Terrible I am an unfortunately victim of two Honda dealerships and my own auto industry provider. One dealership charged for services that he tried to perform I am an unfortunately victim of two Honda dealerships and my own auto industry provider. One dealership charged for services that he tried to perform, but could not. The second dealership left my car parked and not locked and it was vandalized and delivered to me for pickup in that condition. When they received my car I was advised the battery was good, but when I picked it up the battery was dead. My insurance provider punished me for having to choose Honda by dragging out authorizing repairs because I didn’t choose one of their shops for repair. This all started because a truck dropped a railroad tie in front of me on the Cimmeron turnpike on October 28, 2019. At that point I had 4 new pax tires on my car and two were destroyed. The Honda dealerships are Southpoint in Tulsa OK, and Wolfchase Honda in Cordova TN, and if you need a witness to the inside of car the day I picked it up you can ask John Lau, he was talking to myself and my daughter and saw the mess in my car. On top of all the above two tires were 30 pounds of air and two were 35. I don’t believe the alignment was performed because the air pressures were all different . I don’t think that I want to ever be a Honda owner again. Ruth Gerstner More

Perfect except for the construction Everything was excellent. However the construction was the only hiccup. There was only one technician to write up the cars and I was told to wait as h Everything was excellent. However the construction was the only hiccup. There was only one technician to write up the cars and I was told to wait as he had to walk each customer to the building. The sign was not visible from where I was in line. My customer service rating is lower due to this. And I know I am in great hands with Dexter More
