Good Staff. Good Service. Awesome Experience! Thanks to Dexter and his team for addressing all of the issues I reported on my Honda Odyssey. I had to get the wheels aligned and drove to Wolfchase Thanks to Dexter and his team for addressing all of the issues I reported on my Honda Odyssey. I had to get the wheels aligned and drove to Wolfchase Honda. It was very nice of the folks who noted all the issues I had and walked me up to Dexter's desk. From there on, Dexter had his team working on my car and provided me with constant updates. They also looked up a service call or something and upgraded some software for free of charge. The customer lounge was good as well with some desks for using laptops. Did not miss my work calls too. Thanks Wolfchase Honda and Thank You Dexter for making my first visit to Wolfchase Honda an awesome one! More

Initial contact person seemed rather immature When I had the front bumper replaced, due to an accident caused by your service person, who was checking on an installation problem with my CD player, When I had the front bumper replaced, due to an accident caused by your service person, who was checking on an installation problem with my CD player, Abdul told me that, due to my inconvenience of not having my car for three weeks, the dealership would fill my gas tank at my next visit. When I had my oil changed on Saturday, my gas tank wasn't filled. Also, the car was ready for a good 25 minutes before the paperwork got to the cashier (I saw it and asked about it after I got back from the mall). When I picked up my car, the person who drove it to the front parked in an area where it was difficult to get in and another car pulled up beside it very close. More
Service Department is terrible. I took my 2018 accord in because the radio screen goes black off and on. Everything else works. It has done this since day one. Mario the service guy has witnessed it go black twice. Well Thursday they did a re flash. I left and it went black. I took it right back. I was told to bring the car in the next day. First thing Friday morning I was called and said the new unit was in and to come on in the tech was expecting me. He was going to check one more thing before changing units out. I take my car in and Mario had left due to a child emergency. I then was taken care of by a lady in the service area. She gets my car taken back. My daughter and I sit for hours. Around 130 ish. I check with her on the progress. To me checking a harness or changing out the unit wouldn’t be that long of a job. Well come to find out after hours on in the second day they haven’t even began to look at my car. They tell me they need me to bring it back Monday. That would be the third day of taking off work to have a warranty issue fixed. This is ridiculous. Their answer is they are sorry but Honda won’t pay for the unit if it’s not really the unit. So basically I have lost two days of work for a new car that’s under warranty because WolfChase Honda is worried Honda won’t pay for a part. Isn’t that why they have techs. To make it worse the second day off work Wolf Chase Honda didn’t even touch my car after requesting me to bring it in. So I’m basically stuck loosing another days pay to play Wolf Chase’s games. This is completely unprofessional and I won’t be doing business with WolfChase anymore in the future. If this is how HONDA handles warranty work I won’t be buying another Honda. I get it. You want to be sure about diagnosing the problem. However if you call someone and request they come in and tell them the tech is waiting you should definitely get to their vehicle that day. This a new vehicle that is under warranty. I bought the vehicle there. This is WolfChase Honda’s problem. Or it’s Honda’s problem. However not only am I inconvenienced with the issue I’m out of work as of Monday three days. I will say Mario and the lady that handled my visits were very nice. Mario even called me first thing Friday morning to get me in and taken care of. More
