Quick service My 2018 Honda CR-V Touring had a dead battery in my garage. Honda Roadside Assistance came and jumped me off, then I drove immediately to Wolfchase H My 2018 Honda CR-V Touring had a dead battery in my garage. Honda Roadside Assistance came and jumped me off, then I drove immediately to Wolfchase Honda. They immediately got me in, discovered the problem (bad cell) and put in a new battery, which was under warranty. It was an easy fix and the Wolfchase Honda service folks got it done quickly. More

Great experience, friendly, in and out My customer service rep in the service department helped me quickly and efficiently. There was an hour wait for my oil change which was typically exp My customer service rep in the service department helped me quickly and efficiently. There was an hour wait for my oil change which was typically expected. My guy greeted me and I didn't feel rushed. He assisted me in ordering the oil change and let me know the time frame of how long it would take. He did discuss with me future things to think about next time for a check up. More

Little things mean a lot I brought my vehicle in because the button on the gear shift popped out and to have my tire pressure checked! They finished my car in a timely matter, I brought my vehicle in because the button on the gear shift popped out and to have my tire pressure checked! They finished my car in a timely matter, BUT they did not put the shield back on my drive shaft after they finished the job and they did not reset my sensor relating to my tire pressure! So although I was told, my tires were aired up, low tire pressure still showed on my dash and is still showing on my dash! If the work was done as if it was their own, I do not think these small things would have been overlooked! More
