Car problem fixed the 2nd time. Brought my wife's car in for a constant noise. First charged over $162 for new springs in the trunk. I asked them to drive it, first, on the highway, before giving me back the car. Apparently, that was not done, as I had to bring the car back. The 2nd time, I was charged over $1,000 for struts, air filter, and brake flush. It was obvious that the struts were needed, as when I picked up the car the 2nd time, David Fenton rode with me on the Hwy and the noise was gone. I doubt if the first $162 was warranted, but it would have been nice to have been told by the previous service advisor that the air filter needed to be replaced and the brake fluid needed to be drained and replaced. More

Great experience I was 2K miles overdue for service yesterday (Fri 5/10). I called on my way home from work at a few minutes after 5 and asked if I could get my oil ch I was 2K miles overdue for service yesterday (Fri 5/10). I called on my way home from work at a few minutes after 5 and asked if I could get my oil changed and tires rotated while I waited and Diane’s answer was yes, as long as I was there before 6PM, they would do it while I waited. I got there just before 5:45 and they had me out the door by 6:15. Amazing service!! More

He worked closely with finance to get as close to the same monthly payment I was already paying, without owing any extra on my old loan. I was very pleased with the amount of effort put in to help me. I walked away with a new kicks and I love it! More
