Wolfchase Nissan needs to carefully analyze their procedures to speed up the process for customers who do not wish to spend the day inside their lovely showroom especially during a pandemic. I resear procedures to speed up the process for customers who do not wish to spend the day inside their lovely showroom especially during a pandemic. I researched 2 used Altima on Monday night. My partner and I arrived by Uber shortly after opening on Tuesday morning with two checks to purchase them. We quickly inspected both cars, informed the salesman we would not require a test drive or a complimentary wash and would like to proceed as quickly as possible to purchase both without financing. While everything went smoothly with salesman and finance employee, I am disturbed that this ridiculously easy sale took over an hour to complete. We are very pleased with both used Altima and will likely return to trade them both in on New vehicles when this pandemic frees its grip on our finances. More
