This a visit was required because the issue that was supposed to have been fixed 3 weeks before was not fixed and then the service department wanted to charge again to fix the problem after I had alread supposed to have been fixed 3 weeks before was not fixed and then the service department wanted to charge again to fix the problem after I had already paid $650 to have it fixed. Then my car was supposed to be ready the next day but I had to call at 3:30 to find out that they didn’t know when it would be completed. Really felt like a shady situation and made me lose all confidence in the service department which I have been going to for 4 years. I will never bring my vehicle back to be serviced there again. More

I don't believe they are performing the free multi-point inspection as advertised. I didn't receive the paper that shows the condition of the different areas of my car and their "inspection" failed to notic inspection as advertised. I didn't receive the paper that shows the condition of the different areas of my car and their "inspection" failed to notice badly needed repairs. I had to ask them to check those areas and they agreed my car needed further repairs. I rely on the inspection to help me avoid costly repairs; but it's not going to help me if they are not actually fully inspecting my car. I will try another dealership next time. More
