Horrible, had an oil change and my skid plate fell off from loose screws while driving. This shouldn’t happen. I had to stop in the middle of the road and screw on the loose bolts myself before driving ba from loose screws while driving. This shouldn’t happen. Coming back Friday for another appointment (07/31/2020) and I would like a discount of the next service for this horrible inconvenience. More

Got an oil change on Tuesday, car is blowing out white smoke, took car back to be told that I can’t use my warranty by Danny and Jessica who were very rude to me, I asked Danny why didn’t anyone say anyth smoke, took car back to be told that I can’t use my warranty by Danny and Jessica who were very rude to me, I asked Danny why didn’t anyone say anything to me if it was an issue with my oil, he said his guys can’t tell if it’s a problem with the oil, so how could anyone else?
