Once I arrived at the dealership (which was very busy), Dan was extremely helpful, not at all pushy, very nice, respectful, and professional, and quick to help me. The process was very quick, smooth, and organized. David Gustafson was great too - very knowledgeable about my new vehicle (Lexus IS 250 sport) and explained things quickly and in a very understandable way, as this is my first Lexus. Both Dan and David have been more than willing to answer residual questions I had even after I was home several days after owning my car. Very happy with them and I love my car!
