Dan was very patient and helpful when we ordered the car, and kept me up to date for when the car would be delivered. Picking up the car was quick and easy - both Dan and Yazmin Azam were very helpful in explaining the additional packages and extended warranties available. Finally, Dave Gustafson spent the time to make sure that I understood and was able to use all the features on my new GS350. Any questions or issues we had with the car after delivery were resolved by both Dan Rosen and Josh Resnick to our satisfaction.
