Great experience getting new vehicle I was in need of a pre-owned mid-size SUV. I initially found several potential vehicles on the Woodhouse website that I thought would meet my needs a I was in need of a pre-owned mid-size SUV. I really enjoyed the indoor showroom. The sales staff was knowledgeable and not high pressure in any way. The financing process was very smooth. I was in and out in less than two hours, including test drive. I will definitely think of them first when I have to look for a vehicle again. More

10/29/2018 Service I received my first oil change & opted to do my 7500 maintenance (as I was already close, but didn’t want to come back in 800 miles.) I had an appoint I received my first oil change & opted to do my 7500 maintenance (as I was already close, but didn’t want to come back in 800 miles.) I had an appointment scheduled for 0900 - but the service for the oil change & tire rotation still took approximately 1.5 hours. Overall, the service was great and the service advisor was prompt with any questions/concerns I had. I’m giving a 4 star simply because the amount of time it took as I’ve had similar services done (not on a truck, so it may be different?) that took A LOT less time! Regardless, I’ll continue to come back but I’ll probably take advantage of the rides you guys provide rather then wait around. Keep up the good work!! More
