Amazing service from Doug and Stephanie! Doug was the primary for us and Stephanie helped us with check out. Since I had my BUICK Enclave into the service center, my Enclave Now rides rougher and seems to have even a tighter hard rough ride than before you recommended that I needed Front Struts and rubber bushings Enclave Now rides rougher and seems to have even a tighter hard rough ride than before you recommended that I needed Front Struts and rubber bushings. I am Now going to Take our BUICK ENCLAVE To a Different Dealer and A Front End Specialist to have it examined for damage, and another opinion. I also had to bring our Buick back a Second Time because the SERVICE TECH DID NOT COMPLETE REPAIRS ON REPLACEMENT OF EXTERIOR LIGHTS THAT WERE OUT. HE HAD TO REPLACE TWO EXTERIOR LIGHTS, the Running Lamp Light and a Side Lamp Light. Not Very Pleased with The Tech. Service At All. Also Problems with Manufacturing Letters REGARGING;? BUICK needs to have 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 light on for air bags. It has already came on, and gone off. But Buick won’t do anything unless it’s still on. Also same concerns; regarding the ENGINE RUNNING ROUGHLY. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT Came on. Had oil changed at BUICK when it came on and Tech Service Rep. Just reset the Oil Change and the Check Engine light went out. The Buick still continues to Run Roughly on Many Occasions. But Buick will do Nothing unless check engine light is on. ALSO THE REAR TAIL GATE CLOSES UPON OPENING. THERE IS A RECALL. IT WAS SERVICED IN 2015. But it it no malfunctioning and closing upon opening. Waiting for BUICK CORP. To contact me. Dated now 2/19/2020 I still have not heard from BUICK CORP OFFICE. Cpl.
