Igor is the man! I should preface this by saying that I have never written an online review before. But after my excellent experience working with XClusive Auto Leasin I should preface this by saying that I have never written an online review before. But after my excellent experience working with XClusive Auto Leasing, and Igor in particular, I just had to let others know. I am not being paid or receive any kickbacks/discounts for this review. Just writing one because I had such an excellent experience and want to assure others contemplating of leasing/buying their next car that this is the real deal. Being that this is the first time I ever leased a car, I was hesitant at first to use an outside leasing source and instead made a humongous mistake by going to my nearest Acura dealership first. I needed a car since mine recently broke down and would cost me more to fix than to get another...after 13 yrs of use it was becoming a money pit. I use my car to travel 6 of 7 days a week for work and already knew that I wanted a 3yr 15k lease so that I don't have to deal with the headaches of paying for major servicing. I'm too busy and my time is too valuable to be bringing my car in for servicing every so often. Now let me start off my saying that ashamedly I have a bad credit score (years of student loans/living off CC and trying to make ends meet when I was in training) which I'm in the process of rebuilding. All that hard work paid off and I now find myself with a high income. I went into the dealership, did the test drive, and let them convince me to put down a deposit on the car to "hold it" (which I'm still in the process of trying to get back). I also let them convince me to run a credit check and they initially told me that my application was rejected and that they would have to work on it. They outright lied to me (twice!!) when I asked about using a cosigner to get a better score and thus qualify for leasing and getting a better price. They told me that cosigners are usually for people who don't have an established credit history or those who have a lower income. They said they would work on it diligently though. I left feeling angry, ashamed and in despair. They came back to me the next day saying congrats that they had gotten me approved and gave me numbers that would've worked out to me ending up paying for 70% of the car's MSRP at the end of 3 years!!! What?!?! They even tried to persuade me into it by saying that a car lease is the best thing I could do to improve my credit. They must've thought I was born yesterday. I was beyond pissed that they were screwing me over. First by lying to me about cosigning, then by using a psychological sales tactic by having me walk out all feeling depressed and in despair thinking I could never lease a car only to come back the next day and saying I had gotten approved (albeit at ripoff terms with no doubt most of the money going to their pockets!). I started looking up leasing with bad credit on Google and came across Xclusive Auto Leasing and read the stellar reviews on both yelp and here. I was skeptical at first but all that changed when I called and got connected with Igor. Now let me tell you, this guy does not waste your time by bs'ing you. He is very honest and is very good at communicating with you via phone, text or email. He took his time to explain to me how the process worked and what my situation would mean for me. He told me the truth about cosigners and in the end of it all I was able to secure the best pricing possible for a lease. However, by going to the dealer, I got capped by the dealership for a high due at signing cost to Acura Financial. Now I did end up paying a lot more due at signing after having been screwed by the dealership (if I never went to the dealer first, I wouldn't have this problem) but my monthly payments are low and in the end I ended up paying a lot less for the lease of the car in 3 yrs. Throughout this time Igor was forthright with me about my options and what happened. He even gave me an alternative SUV to consider and gave me his honest opinions of what he thinks I should do. He has no incentive to lie to you and get you to go for the most costly car. His compensation structure is not dependent on that. His job was to make sure I got the best price possible and end up happy about my transaction. Instead of wasting my valuable time, $ and mental anguish with trying to secure a lease myself, he did all the legwork and I am very appreciative of all his efforts! In the end, when I got delivery of the car, it was all as promised. The numbers didn't change. The car drives great and I haven't had any problems with it even though it's only been a couple of days. I am now driving a brand new car with the best safety features and I have Igor to thank for this. I have already referred him to my family and friends and I will continue to do so. And being how using Xclusive Auto Leasing cost me the least in $$, time and stress, I will be looking forward to working with Igor again once my lease is up. This is the real deal guys. Do not waste your time and make a costly mistake like I did by going to the dealership and working with them. It's hard to find an honest car salesman because you're dealing with multiple layers of hierarchy before getting to the general manager who ultimately has the power to make decisions on pricing.
